Question: Discussion on companies with questionable recruiting practices.
Answer: I have arranged for their recruiter to meet with me and in very specific terms addressed our expectations for recruiting on campus.  I have them sign a recruiting agreement (See example agreement in MS Word).  I did this here at MTSU and at my previous university (which was private and I had more discretion).
